14  | 冬十月辛丑，上田於冷泉。十有一月，以州鎮二十七水旱，開倉賑恤。十有二月甲午，詔曰：「頃張永迷擾，敢拒王威，暴骨原隰，殘廢不少。死生冤痛，朕甚愍焉。天下民一也，可敕郡縣，永軍殘廢之士，聽還江南；露骸草莽者，收瘞之。」是月，悉萬丹等十餘國各遣使朝貢。三年春正月乙丑，東陽潰，虜沈文秀。戊辰，司空、平昌公和其奴薨。二月，蠕蠕、高麗、庫莫奚、契丹國各遣使朝獻。己卯，以上黨公慕容白曜為都督青齊東徐三州諸軍事、征南大將軍、開府儀同三司、青州刺史，進爵濟南王。 |
