《帝紀第三 太宗紀》
5  | 三年春二月戊戌，詔曰：「衣食足，知榮辱。夫人饑寒切己，唯恐朝夕不濟，所急者溫飽而已，何暇及於仁義之事乎？王教之多違，蓋由於此也。非夫耕婦織，內外相成，何以家給人足矣。其簡宮人非所當御及執作伎巧，自餘悉出以配鰥民。」己亥，詔北新侯安同等持節循行並、定二州及諸山居雜胡、丁零，問其疾苦，察舉守宰不法；其冤窮失職、強弱相陵、孤寒不能自存者，各以事聞。昌黎、遼東民二千餘家內屬。三月己未，詔侍臣常帶劍。 |
