32  | 四年春三月乙未。賜京師民年七十以上太官廚食，以終其年。皇子胡仁薨，追封樂陵王。乙巳，詔曰：「朕憲章舊典，分職設官，欲令敷揚治化，緝熙庶積。然在職之人，皆蒙顯擢，委以事任，當厲己竭誠，務省徭役，使兵民優逸，家給人贍。今內外諸司、州鎮守宰，侵使兵民，勞役非一。自今擅有召役，逼雇不程，皆論同枉法。」 |
