41  | 七月，廢皇后馮氏。戊寅，帝以久旱，咸秩群神；自癸未不食至於乙酉，是夜澍雨大洽。丁亥，詔曰：「炎陽爽節，秋另卷澍，在予之責，實深悚慄，故輟令膳三晨，以命上訴。靈鑒誠款，曲流雲液。雖休勿休，寧敢愆怠。將有賢人湛德，高士凝棲，雖加銓採，未能招致。其精訪幽谷，舉茲賢彥，直言極諫，匡予不及。又邪佞毀朝，固唯治蠹；貪夫竊位，大政以虧。主者彈劾不肖，明黜盜祿。又法為治要，民命尤重，在京之囚，悉命條奏，朕將親案，以時議決。又疾苦六極，人神所矜，宜時訪恤，以拯窮廢。鰥寡困乏、不能自存者，明加矜恤，令得存濟。又輕徭薄賦，君人常理，歲中恆役，具以狀聞。又夫婦之道，生民所先，仲春奔會，禮有達式，男女失時者以禮會之。又京民始業，農桑為本，田稼多少，課督以不，具以狀言。」八月壬辰朔，幸華林園，親錄囚徒，咸降本罪二等決遣之。戊戌，車駕幸嵩高。甲寅，還宮。丁巳，南安王楨薨。幸華林園聽訟。九月戊辰，車駕閱武於小平津。癸酉，還宮。丁亥，將通洛水入谷，帝親臨觀。 |
