2  | 天賜六年冬十月，清河王紹作逆，太祖崩。帝入誅紹。壬申，即皇帝位，大赦，改年為永興元年。追尊皇妣為宣穆皇后。公卿大臣先罷歸第不與朝政者，悉復登用之。詔南平公長孫嵩、北新侯安同對理民訟，簡賢任能，彞倫攸敘。閏十月丁亥，朱提王悅謀反，賜死。詔鄭兵將軍、山陽侯奚斤巡行諸州，問民疾苦，撫恤窮乏。十有二月戊戌，封衛王儀子良為南陽王，陰平公元烈進爵為王，高涼王樂真改封平陽王。己亥，帝始居西宮，御天文殿。蠕蠕犯塞。是歲，乞伏乾歸據金城自稱秦王。高雲為海夷馮跋所滅，跋僭號，自稱大燕天王。 |
