35  | 冬十月，以定、相二州霣霜殺稼，免民田租。是月，詔員外散騎常侍游明根，驍騎將軍、昌邑子婁內近，寧朔將軍、襄平子李五鱗使於劉駿。十有二月辛丑，詔曰：「名位不同，禮亦異數，所以殊等級，示軌儀。今喪葬嫁娶，大禮未備，貴勢豪富，越度奢靡，非所謂式昭典憲者也。有司可為之條格，使貴賤有章，上下咸序，著之於令。」壬寅，詔曰：「夫婚姻者，人道之始。是以夫婦之義，三綱之首；禮之重者，莫過於斯。尊卑高下，宜令區別。然中代以來，貴族之門多不率法。或貪利財賄，或因緣私好，在於茍合，無所選擇，令貴賤不分，巨細同貫，塵穢清化，虧損人倫，將何以宣示典謨，垂之來裔。今制皇族、師傅、王公侯伯及士民之家，不得與百工、伎巧、卑姓為婚，犯者加罪。」 |
