24  | 秋七月壬辰，侍中、開府儀同三司、青州刺史、京兆王子推薨。庚子，定三等死刑。己酉，太和、安昌二殿成。起朱明、思賢門。是月，劉昱死，弟準僭立。八月壬子，大赦天下。丙子，詔曰：「工商皁隸，各有厥分，而有司縱濫，或染清流。自今戶內有工役者，唯止本部丞，已下準次而授。若階藉元勛、以勞定國者不從此制。」戊寅，劉準遣使朝貢。九月癸未，蠕蠕國遣使朝貢。乙酉，詔群臣定律令於太華殿。辛卯，高麗國遣使朝貢。庚子，起永樂游觀殿於北苑，穿神淵池。車多羅、西天竺、舍衛、疊伏羅諸國各遣使朝貢。 |
