5  | 夏四月庚子，詔工商雜伎，盡聽赴農。諸州郡課民益種菜果。辛亥，劉彧遣使朝貢。癸酉，詔沙門不得去寺浮游民間，行者仰以公文。是月，劉彧死，子昱僭立。五月丁巳，詔軍警給璽印、傳符，次給馬印。六月，安州民遇水雹，丐租賑恤。丙申，詔曰：「頃者州郡選貢，多不以實，碩人所以窮處幽仄，鄙夫所以超分妄進，豈所謂旌賢樹德者也！今年貢舉，尤為猥濫。自今所遣，皆門盡州郡之高，才極鄉閭之選。」閏月壬子，蠕蠕寇敦煌，鎮將尉多侯擊走之。又寇晉昌，守將薛奴擊走之。戊午，行幸陰山。 |
