45  | 三年春正月癸未，征東大將軍、中山王纂薨。戊子，太尉、北平王長孫嵩薨。乙巳，鎮南大將軍、丹陽王叔孫建薨。二月乙卯，行幸幽州，存恤孤老，問民疾苦；還幸上谷，遂至代。所過復田租之半。高麗、契丹國並遣使朝獻。三月丁丑，以南平王渾為鎮東大將軍、儀同三司，鎮和龍。己卯，輿駕還宮。癸巳，龜茲、悅般、焉耆、車師、粟特、疏勒、烏孫、渴槃陀、鄯善諸國各遣使朝獻。丁酉，劉義隆遣使朝貢。夏五月己丑，詔曰：「方今寇逆消殄，天下漸晏。比年以來，屢詔有司，班宣惠政，與民寧息。而內外群官及牧守令長，不能憂勤所司，糾察非法，廢公帶私，更相隱置，濁貨為官，政存茍且。夫法之不用，自上犯之，其令天下吏民，得舉告守令不如法者。」丙申，行幸雲中。 |
