31  | 夏四月壬申，劉準遣使朝獻。癸未，樂良王樂平薨。辛卯，蠕蠕國遣使朝獻。丙申，幸崞山。己亥，還宮。庚子，淮陽公尉元進爵為王。吐谷渾國遣使獻犛牛五十頭。雍州刺史、宜都王目辰有罪賜死。五月丁巳，帝祈雨於北苑，閉陽門，是日澍雨大洽。辛酉，詔曰：「昔四代養老，問道乞言。朕雖沖昧，每尚其美。今賜國老各衣一襲，綿五斤，絹布各五匹。」六月辛未，以雍州民饑，開倉賑恤。起文石室、靈泉殿於方山。 |
