29  | 夏四月戊戌，立皇后馮氏。是月，蕭賾征虜將軍、直闔將軍、蠻酋田益宗率部落四千餘戶內屬。五月乙卯，宕昌、陰平、契丹、庫莫奚諸國並遣使朝獻。壬戌，宴四廟子孫於宣文堂，帝親與之齒，行家人之禮。甲子，帝臨朝堂，引見公卿已下，決疑政，錄囚徒。丁丑，以旱撤膳。襄陽蠻酋雷婆思等率一千三百餘戶內徙，居於太和川。六月丙戌，帝將南伐，詔造河橋。己丑，詔免徐、南豫、陜、岐、東徐、洛、豫七州軍糧。丁未，講武。乙巳，詔曰：「六職備於周經，九列炳於漢晉，務必有恆，人守其職。此百秩雖陳，事典未敘。自八元樹位，躬加省覽，遠依往籍，近採時宜，作《職員令》二十一卷。事迫戎期，未善周悉。雖不足綱範萬度，永垂不朽，且可釋滯目前，厘整時務。須侍軍回，更論所闕，權可付外施行。其有當局所疑而令文不載者，隨事以聞，當更附之。」立皇子恂為皇太子。戊申，高麗國遣使朝獻。 |
