59  | 栁开，字仲涂，大名人。开寳六年，举进士，雍熙中，为崇仪使、知寜逺军，徙全州。全西延峝有粟，氏聚族五百馀人，常钞刼民口粮畜，开为作衣带巾，㡌选牙吏勇辩者得三辈，使入谕之曰：「尔能归我，即有厚赏，给田为屋处之。不然，发兵深入，灭尔类矣！」粟氏惧，留二吏为质，率其酋四人与一吏偕来，开厚其犒赐，吏民争以鼔吹饮之，居数日，遣还，如期擕老㓜悉至，开即安其居业，作《时鉴》一篇，刻石戒之，遣其酋入朝，授本州上佐，赐开钱三十万。淳化初，移知桂州。初，开在全州，甞于城北得泉石之胜，筑室山椒，率士人讲读其间，邦人名其山曰栁山，以志遗爱云。 |
