15  | 曹學程，字希明，全州人。萬厯癸未進士。歴知石首、海寧，治行稱最，擢廣東道監察御史。神宗朝疏諫易儲封倭諸大政，以切直忤㫖，擬死繫獄十有二年，毎秋臨，錄刑者數一日，縛赴市曹，風霾蔽天，拔木飛瓦，刑官復奏免，猶未赦，各官連疏申救，凡三十餘上，多言其母年九十餘，哭子待斃，帝卒弗聽，其子正儒三刺血上書，乞貸父死，終不省。丙午九月，始用朱賡言，謫戍湖廣寧逺衞。久之，方歸，卒。天啓初，贈太僕少卿。崇禎時，以孝子旌其子正儒楊際㑹，字仕遇，容縣人，性敏好學，萬厯丁丑，舉進士，知六安州。尋以兄際熙巡按上江，循例調頴州，巨豪武斷際㑹，置之法，郡人稱快。晉户部郎出守饒州，時樂平饑民嘯聚煽亂，單車諭散其黨，亟發賑之，遷閩臬叅，楚藩卒於官，祀名宦。 |
