72  | 魏一恭，字道莊，莆田人。嘉靖間，督廣西學政，歴轉左布政。知民積苦，向時科出顧役金錢者，汰其半如均徭榜數，不則收治之。州郡奉令謹察，諸役無敢倍取。後有同官隂詆於御史，謂一恭營私。亡何，一恭卒，御史弔畢，突入檢視裝篋，一無所有，問其家童，對以俸錢並在庫，隨呌主藏官吏至，具對如前，御史嗟嘆，乃書其治行，檄郡為主，奉祀名宦。應檟，字儆我，遂昌人。嘉靖三十年，以兵部侍郎總督兩廣軍務。時桂、平諸猺恣為剽㓂，而莊頭●子等巢諸賊為甚。檟密委僉事茅坤以討賊事，不旬日破十五巢，斬獲二百，有竒府江少戢。 |
