19  | 三年春正月丙辰，以大司農劉楷為交州刺史，安西咨議參軍崔慶緒為梁、南秦二州刺史。甲申，以晉安王子懋為南豫州刺史。辛卯，車駕祀南郊，大赦。都邑三百里內罪應入重者，降一等，餘依赦制。劾繫之身，降遣有差。賑恤二縣貧民。 |
