7  | 壬申，徒永州諸縣民之畜蠱者三百二十六家於縣之僻處，不得復齒於鄉。 以秦再䧺為辰州刺史。再䧺，辰州徭人，武健有竒略，素為蠻黨畏服，帝召至汴，察其可任，擢為刺史，使自辟吏子，以租賦再䧺。至州日，訓土兵得三千人，能被甲渡水，歴水飛塹，又遣人分使諸蠻，傳朝廷懐來之意，降附日衆，自是荆襄無復邊患。 五月己卯，知制誥髙錫坐受藩鎮賂，貶萊州司馬。 辛巳，宗正卿趙礪坐贓杖，除籍。 六月，左僕射王溥數勸其父宿州防禦使祚，請老，祚不得已，乃上章。己未，以祚為左領軍衛上將軍致仕。祚大罵溥曰：「我筋力未衰，汝欲自固名位而幽囚我！」舉大梃將撃之，親戚勸諭，乃止。 御史臺、太常禮院奏：「東宮三師臣一品與僕射等，若百官上表，未知所先」。詔兩制議之。戊辰，翰林學士竇儀等奏：「僕射，帥長百僚，東宮三師臣太子之官，當以僕射為表首」。從之。 己酉，以光義為中書令，光美同中書門下平章事，子徳昭貴州防御使。故事，皇子出閣即封王，帝以徳昭未冠，特殺其禮。 七月，詔曰：「惟彼銓衡，止憑資歴，慮有英俊，沉於下僚。自今常調赴集選人，委吏部南曹取歴任中多課績而無闕失者，當與量材甄叙」。 |
