7  | 景祐三年春正月戊子，命李諮、蔡齊、程琳、杜衍、丁度同議茶法。諮以前坐變法得罪，固辭，不許。時三司吏孫居中等言自天聖三年變法，而河北入中虛估之弊，復類乾興以前，蠧耗縣官，請復行見錢法。度支副使楊偕亦陳三說法十二害見錢法十二利，以為止用三說所支一分緡錢，足以贍一嵗邊計。故命諮等更議，仍令召商人至三司，訪以利害。 壬辰，追冊故金庭教主沖靜元師郭氏為皇后，命知制誥丁度、內侍押班藍元用同䕶葬事。尋詔中書門下停其諡冊、祔廟。丁酉，葬于奉先資福院側，鹵簿、儀物並用孝章皇后故事。時上元節，有司張燈，俟乗輿出，右正言王堯臣言后以復位號，今方在嬪，不當游幸。同知禮院王拱辰亦以為言，帝為罷葬日張燈。 己酉，許洪州宻州立學，仍各賜田五頃。 先是，帝以三司胥吏猥多，或老疾不知書計，詔御史中丞杜衍等與本司差擇之，有欲中衍者，揚言於外曰：「衍請盡黜諸吏」。於是三司後行，朱正、周貴、李逢年等百人，輒相率詣宰相呂夷簡第宣訴，夷簡拒不見，又詣王曽第，曽以美言諭之，因使吏狀自陳，既又詣衍第，投瓦礫，肆醜言，明日衍對，請下有司推究，而曽具得其姓名，乙夘，正貴杖脊，配沙門島，逢吉等二十二人決配逺州軍牢城，其為從者皆勒停。 |
