10  | 十二月癸亥朔，封宰臣張士遜為鄖國公，加恩百官。甲子，京師地震。 丙寅，鄜延路都鈐轄司言趙元昊反。辛未，徙環慶路副部署劉平為鄜延路副都部署。癸酉，命三司使夏竦為奉寜節度使、知永興軍、知河南府范雍為振武節慶使、知延州。 召龍圖閣直學士、知兖州孔道輔為御史中丞。 詔陜西、河東沿邊舊與元昊界互市處，皆禁絶之。 丁丑，詔有能捕元昊所遣刺探事者，賞錢十萬。 乙酉，詔三司嵗給嘉勒斯賚綾絹干疋、角茶千觔、散茶千五百觔。 加嘉勒斯賚保順軍節度使、邈川大首領。自西涼為李繼遷所陷，潘羅支舊部往往歸嘉勒斯賚，回紇降者復數萬。嘉勒斯賚居青唐，西有臨谷城通清海、高昌諸國，南人皆趨之以貿易，由是富強。朝廷欲使背擊元昊以披其勢，因授節鉞焉。 |
