39  | 九月癸丑，中都路水，免今年田租。罷中都路和顧所。丁巳，阿术統兵圍樊城。敕長春宮修設金箓周天大醮七晝夜。建堯廟及后土太寧宮。庚申，賜安南國王陳光丙錦繡，及其諸臣有差。己丑，立河南屯田。命兵部侍郎黑的、禮部侍郎殷弘賫國書復使日本，仍詔高麗國遣人導送，期於必達，毋致如前稽阻。詔諭安南國陳光丙：「來奏稱占城、真臘二寇侵擾，已命卿調兵與不幹併力征討，今復命雲南王忽哥赤統兵南下，卿可遵前詔，遇有叛亂不庭為邊寇者，發兵一同進討，降服者善為撫綏。」車駕至自上都。益都路饑，以米三十一萬八千石賑之。復以史天澤為樞密副使。 |
