17  | 丙戌，置四川省於成都。上都萬安閣成。十二月辛卯朔，詔天下興起國字學。宣徽院請以闌遺、漏籍等戶淘金，帝曰：「姑止，毋重勞吾民也。」乙巳，減百官俸。括西夏田。召塔出、董文炳赴闕。辛亥，併太常寺入翰林院，宮殿府入少府監。甲寅，詔尚書省遷入中書省。是歲，天下戶一百九十四萬六千二百七十。賜先朝后妃及諸王金、銀、幣、帛如歲例，賜囊家等羊馬價鈔萬千一百六十七錠。斷死罪一百五人。 |
