2  | 三年春正月癸亥，修宣聖廟成。庚午，罷高麗互市。諸王塔察兒請置鐵冶，從之；請立互市，不從。忽剌忽兒所部民饑，罷上供羊。命銀冶戶七百、河南屯田戶百四十，賦稅輸之州縣。命匠戶為軍者仍為軍，其軍官當考第富貧，存恤無力者。耶律鑄詣北京餉諸王軍，仍遣宣撫使柴禎等增價糴米三萬石益之。賜高麗國曆。辛未，禁諸道戍兵及勢家縱畜牧犯桑棗禾稼者。癸酉，以軍興人民勞苦，敕停公私逋負毋征。癸未，賜廣寧王爪都駝鈕金鍍銀印，及諸王合必赤行軍印。宋制置使賈似道以書誘總管張元等，李亶獲其書上之。丙戌，命江漢大都督史權、亳州萬戶張弘彥將兵八千赴燕。備宮懸鐘磬、樂舞、籥翟，凡用三百六十二人。高麗遣使奉表來謝，優詔答之。李亶質子彥簡逃歸。 |
