9  | 八月辛未朔，日有食之。併廣東道真陽、洽光二縣為英德州。沁水溢，害冀氏民田，免其租。禁諸人毋沮平陽、太原、大同宣課。丁丑，廣州清遠大水，免其租。庚辰，免大都、平灤、河間、保定四路流民租賦及酒醋課。丁亥，復徙四川南道宣慰司於重慶府。以南安、贛、建昌、豐州嘗罹鐘明亮之亂，悉免其田租。癸巳，地大震，武平尤甚，壓死按察司官及總管府官王連等及民七千二百二十人，壞倉庫局四百八十間，民居不可勝計。己亥，帝聞武平地震，慮乃顏黨入寇，遣平章政事鐵木兒、樞密院官塔魯忽帶引兵五百人往視。 |
