47  | 八年春正月甲戌，詔曰：「東境去歲不稔，宜廣商貨。遠近販鬻米粟者，可停道中雜稅。其以仗自防，悉勿禁。」癸未，安北將軍、雍州刺史劉秀之卒。戊子，以平南將軍、湘州刺史建安王休仁為安南將軍、江州刺史，晉安王子勛為鎮軍將軍、雍州刺史，徐州刺史新安王子鸞為撫軍將軍，領司徒、刺史如故，輔國將軍江夏王世子伯禽為湘州刺史。二月辛丑，特進朱修之卒。壬寅，詔曰：「去歲東境偏旱，田畝失收。使命來者，多至乏絕。或下窮流冗，頓伏街巷，朕甚閔之。可出倉米付建康、秣陵二縣，隨宜贍恤。若濟拯不時，以至捐棄者，嚴加糾劾。」乙巳，以鎮軍將軍湘東王諱為鎮北將軍、徐州刺史。平北將軍、徐州刺史王玄謨為領軍將軍。 |
