22  | 三月甲申，車駕於延賢堂聽訟。戊申，詔曰：「自頃軍役殷興，國用增廣，資儲不給，百度尚繁。宜存簡約，以應事實。內外可通共詳思，務令節儉。」夏四月甲寅，以衡陽王師阮萬齡為湘州刺史。乙卯，以後軍參軍徐遵之為兗州刺史。六月乙丑，大赦天下。己卯，割江南及揚州晉陵郡屬南徐州，江北屬兗州。以徐州刺史竟陵王義宣為南兗州刺史，司徒司馬吉翰為徐州刺史。閏月庚子，詔曰：「自頃農桑惰業，遊食者眾，荒萊不闢，督課無聞。一時水旱，便有罄匱，茍不深存務本，豐給靡因。 |
