27  | 二年春正月辛亥，車駕祀南郊。壬子，詔曰：「去歲東土多經水災，春務已及，宜加優課。糧種所須，以時貸給。」丙辰，復郡縣田秩，并九親祿俸。壬戌，詔曰：「先帝靈命初興，龍飛西楚，歲紀浸遠，感往纏心。奉迎文武，情深常隸，思弘殊澤，以申永懷。吏身可賜爵一級，軍戶免為平民。」二月丙子，詔曰：「政道未著，俗弊尚深，豪侈兼并，貧弱困窘，存闕衣裳，沒無斂槥，朕甚傷之。其明敕守宰，勤加存恤。賻贈之科，速為條品。」乙酉，以金紫光祿大夫褚湛之為尚書左僕射。 |
