23  | 大明元年春正月辛亥朔，改元，大赦天下。賜高年、孤疾粟帛各有差。庚午，護軍將軍劉延孫遷職，右衛將軍湘東王諱為中護軍。京邑雨水，辛未，遣使檢行，賜以樵米。二月己亥，復親民職公田。索虜寇兗州。三月壬戌，制大臣加班劍者，不得入宮城門。梁州獠求內屬，立懷漢郡。夏四月，京邑疾疫。丙申，遣使按行，賜給醫藥。死而無收斂者，官為斂埋。庚子，省湘州宋建郡并臨賀。五月，吳興、義興大水，民饑。乙卯，遣使開倉賑恤。癸酉，於華林園聽訟。乙亥，以左衛將軍沈曇慶為徐州刺史，輔國將軍梁瑾蔥為河州刺史、宕昌王。六月己卯，以前太子步兵校尉劉祗子歆繼南豐王朗。辛巳，以長水校尉山陽王休祐為東揚州刺史。丁亥，休祐改為湘州刺史。以丹陽尹顏竣為東揚州刺史。秋七月辛未，土斷雍州諸僑郡縣。 |
