《第六十五卷礦稅之弊》
76  | 五月戊辰，太監劉成徵稅蘇、松、常、鎮激變。江西稅監潘相掠諸生及輔國將軍謀托，各宗大鬨，抉門入，相走免。誣劾上饒知縣李鴻報怨，鴻除名。禮部侍郎馮琦上言：「礦稅之害，滇以張安民故，火廠房矣。粵以李鳳釀禍，欲剸刃其腹矣。陝以委官迫死縣令，民洶洶不安矣。兩淮激變地方，劫毀官舍錢糧矣。遼左以餘東翥故，碎屍抄家矣。土崩瓦解，亂在旦夕，皇上能無動心乎？」不報。應天大風，拔富家樹成穴。魯保誣以盜礦，府尹徐申力白富家冤，而盛言帝京王氣不可鑿。保不能奪。 |
| 83 | 二月丙午，巡按廣西楊芳國言：「稅監沈永壽以土產金、銀、鉛、錫派有司包解。永康、思、恩等州原無礦洞，亦派多金，宜免。」不報。八月，禮部侍郎馮琦上言：「礦使出而天下苦，更甚于兵；稅使出而天下苦，更甚于礦。皇上欲通商而彼專欲困商，皇上欲愛民而彼必欲害民，皇上戒以勿信撥置而撥置愈多，皇上責以不報繹騷而繹騷更甚。皇上之心，但欲裕國，不欲病民。群小之心，必自瘠民，方能肥己。」疏留中。 |
