4  | 工部尚書楊夢寰請停開納事例。廷推閣員，以錢龍錫、楊景辰、來宗道、李標、周道登、劉鴻訓為禮部尚書、東閣大學士。罷蘇、杭織造，諭曰：「封疆多事，徵輸重繁，朕甚憫焉。不忍以衣被組繡之工，重困此一方民。其俟東西底定之日，方行開造，以稱朕敬天恤民至意。」 |
