13  | 戊申，留守司輦、景靈宮供具納軍前，敵退太祖皇帝殿什物，令張設如初。 初，高陽關路安撫使黃潛善至東平，見董耘除參議官，欲效之，謁康履不遂，乃獻言於王，請貽書斡喇，布辯曲直，大畧謂：「捧登城不下之詔，今踰時矣！士大夫信大金之有義，而戰士憤大金之不還，萬一賈勇而前，有傷和好」，耿南仲恐敵得書知王所在，力折之。潛善怏怏，乞進兵，興仁王許之。是日，潛善發東平，時高陽關路馬歩軍副總管楊惟忠、知霸州辛彥宗將所部與潛善偕來，㑹元帥府都統制陳淬，戍澶淵，遂以惟忠為元帥府都統制。惟忠，環州人，西戎部族。彥宗，長安人，故將叔獻從子也。 |
