14  | 壬午，資政殿大學士、知平江府張守提舉臨安府洞霄宮。守引疾乞奉祠，故有是命。 賜川陜宣撫副使吳玠四川戶部錢十萬緡，為隨軍激賞之費。 中書門下省言：「刑、寺凡有疑案，第行問難，遂致淹延。乞依元豐舊制，應所議不同，限次日稟白刑部。若所斷未定，則刑部長、貳限兩日率法寺官赴堂稟决施行」。從之。 右朝散大夫、知興國軍應繪添差荊湖北路轉運判官，繪未上而卒。 右承事郎、知䕫州巫山縣王之才，通判黔州。之才，庶仲子也，在巫山時，戶部符貧乏者，上其名，得不賦，即日盡䟽其名上之，貧乏者因不亡去。王彥軍多羣盜，及鎮荊州，束扵法不快，有潰去掠峽、歸二州而南者，府中皇惑，未知計所出，之才已集，保伍得五百人，㑹天大雨，徑以舟趨夷平，先奪其險待之，掠者至，不得出險，且見晝揚兵，夜篝火於傍而鼔之，若大軍至，衆恟恟怖而降，既測兵少，悔欲為變，則盡執以歸府，戮百餘人，投尸於江，荊州軍見之懼，不敢復叛，彥歎服。 |
