14  | 癸丑，徽猷閣待制、樞宻都承㫖、兼都督行府參議軍事郭執中卒。上覽遺表歎息，特贈徽猷閣直學士，賜其家銀帛二百匹兩。張浚曰：「執中崇寧初，以上書邪等禁錮二十年，晚乃遭際陛下，而年齒已老，不得為陛下收尺寸之效」。上曰：「不知當時入邪等者以何事？」趙鼎曰：「凡蔡京、蔡卞所惡者，皆入邪等」。折彥質曰：「蔡卞以紹述為說，其所斥己者盡誣以誹謗先帝」。上愕然曰：「太上皇帝內禪之初，嘗遣梁師成宣諭淵聖皇帝云：朕聞司馬光為前朝名相，今日朝廷諸事，但當以光為法，然則上皇之意固可知矣。且如朕今所施行，與上皇時豈無修潤者？要之一切從百姓安便而已，百姓安便，乃是上皇之意也」。 龍圖閣直學士、提舉江州太平觀耿延禧卒于溫州。以元帥府屬官特贈龍圖閣學士，賜其家銀帛二百匹兩。 |
