20  | 己亥，詔太學養士權于臨安府學措置，増展。先是，言者屢請復太學以養人才，上以戎事未暇，至是，謂宰執曰：「太學，教化之源，宜復祖宗舊法」。程克俊曰：「東晉設學于鼎沸之中，今兵息矣，興學正其時也」。秦檜曰：「乆有此議，今當舉行之」。乃命禮部討論取㫖。 言者請申嚴貶謫人，不得輒入國門之禁，令御史臺常切覺察按劾，從之。詔皇太后囘鑾，士人曽經奉迎起居及獻賦頌等，文理可采者，令後省看詳，申省取㫖。時獻賦頌者千餘人，而文理可採者僅四百人，大理正呉㮚頌曰：「輔臣稽首，對揚聖志，惟斷乃成，願破羣異」。有司奏為第一，左承議郎、知眞州張昌次之，詔有官人進一官，進士免文觧一次，于是吳縣范成大亦在數中。㮚，江寧人，成、大雩子也。庚子，命內侍王晉錫作崇政、垂拱二殿，時言者請復朔日視朝之禮，而行宫止一殿，故改作焉，崇政以故射殿為之，朔望則權置帳門，以為文徳紫宸殿，按射則以為選徳䇿士，則以為集英、垂拱，以故內諸司地為之，在皇城司北。 |
