8  | 辛巳，江南東路轉運使王㬇等獻本司銀錢十萬緡，両以助奉迎兩宫之費，詔令戶部樁収，專充奉迎支用。上曰：「若常賦之外，不取於民，庻㡬副朕愛民之意。朕在宮中，服食噐用，惟務節儉，不敢分毫妄費，常戒左右曰：此中視錢物不知艱難，民雖一錢，亦不易出。周公作無逸戒，成王惟在知小民之艱難，朕不敢忘也」。自是四方率皆獻助矣。左宣教郎、充刪令所敇定官李文㑹，守監察御史。文㑹，晉江人也。 詔正奏名進士張弼令臨安府押歸本貫，日後不得奏。名弼於唱第日唐突進狀訴主司，上以其無士行，故斥之。 是日，知盱眙縣宋肇言得泗州報邢皇后已上仙。詔禮官討論合行典禮。壬辰，左從事郎、監漳州南嶽廟王伯庠特改右宣教郎為直秘閣，用丙子詔書也。 左奉議郎蔡安疆為京西路轉運判官兼提刑提舉茶鹽等公事，填復置闕。甲申，起居舍人楊愿請以臨安府學増修為太學，從之。乙酉，上謂大臣曰：「蔡京、王黼彼此相傾，遂累及國家，以至艱厄如此。人臣茍不念國事而為身之謀，累必及國，而身亦不保，若忘身為國，則國安榮而臣享無窮之福矣。 |
