戊申，右承議郎張昌知眞州。王明清揮麈錄餘話》云：靖康初，秦㑹之，自御史乞祠歸，建康僦舍以居。適當炎暑，上元宰、張師言往訪之，會之語，師言：「此屋粗可居，但毎為西日所苦，奈何得一涼棚備矣？」翌日未曉，但聞斤斧之聲㑹之，起視之，則松棚已就，詢之匠者云：縣宇中方創一棚，昨日聞侍御之言，即輟以成此㑹之大喜，次年㑹之入為中司北去，又数年還朝，已而拜相，時師言年逾七十㑹之，於是就京簿中減去十嵗，擢為楚州把麾持節者，又踰十年，然後掛冠，老於潛皖，近九十而終。案檜，靖康初自大學正即擢為郎，不一年遂遷中司，其間未嘗乞祠歸建康。明清所記不審，姑附此。庚戊，權工部尚書莫將等議大行皇后諡曰懿節。　是日，川、陜宣撫副使鄭剛中至河池。
