10  | 乙卯，詔廣南、湖北沿邊偏遠州合納免行錢，令提刑司相度，量與蠲減。時議者謂州縣官職田可行拘收，民間免行錢可與寢罷，事下戶工部，而工部尚書莫將、戶部侍郎張澄等言：「諸路職田一年，凡八萬四千餘石，未足以助經費，而于國家制祿養亷之意，實有所傷。免行錢即無毫髮加賦，于鄉村百姓，亦非創行事件。除江浙、福建、湖南、四川路並已認定合發數外，切慮二廣、湖北僻遠，沿邊州軍內有難以出辦去處，欲量行蠲減」。時徽猷閣待制、知靜江府胡舜陟亦言嶺南井邑蕭條，賈無厚利，比他路丐減十五，故有是命。 |
