13  | 戊午，户部侍郎孟庾言：「兩浙路夏稅及和買紬絹一百六十萬餘匹，半令輸價錢，毎匹兩千」。從之。己未，中大夫、知樞宻院事、宣撫處置使張浚，特遷通奉大夫以出，使日乆禦捍大敵，備著忠勞也。 浙西安撫大使劉光世言，自去臘至今，招到女真及簽軍共六百六十餘人，乞補官。詔補忠訓郎已下至効用甲頭，內無姓人賜姓趙。先是，左監軍昌屯海陵，光世知其衆乆戍，念歸，乃鑄金銀銅三色為錢，文曰「招納信寳」，皆有使押字以為信號，獲戍人之解事者，貸而不殺，俾宻示儕軰，有欲歸附者，抵江執錢為信而納之，自是歸者不絶，遂創立竒兵、赤心兩軍。 |
