辛丑，御筆犒賞諸軍一次，范宗尹奏，自昨犒後已近五旬。上曰：「朕不欲數犒，凡三月可省一次，今財用止出東南數十州，不免痛加節省，若更廣用，竭民膏血，何以繼之？」宗尹等曰：「陛下之言及此，天下幸甚！熊克小歴上自南渡，頗優假衞士，每兩月輙一賞賚云云。按今年三月一日呂頥浩奏，自來養兵之法，止是逐月支月糧料錢，即無毎日支食錢一百文，并犒設一次體例，昨因自南京扈從南來，有司失於謀始，遂開此例，㡬殚國力，據此則非自南渡後始有犒設克所云，誤也。日歴二月十九日丙辰，詔行在禁衞諸班直、親從親事、輦官、宿衞、親兵、神武諸軍、三衙軍兵、宰執下親兵，並令戶部依例犒設一次。據此，則韓世忠等大軍並在其中，非止衞士也。時政記後殿進呈犒設軍兵御札：先是月一犒設，自正月至今五十日矣，上猶難之。據此，則克所云毎兩月輙一賞賚，亦非也。自正月至今，凡一百一十餘日，上三次賞賚，故云毎三月可省一次，若本自兩月二賚，而今五旬即給之，則半年反增一次矣，未知克書鹵莽，或傳本差誤也。壬寅，左武大夫、棣州刺史馬欽等並特補舊官，聽劉光世使喚。欽，故遼彰國軍節度使堯俊子也。宣和末，為常勝軍，綂領燕山破，為金所得，用為千戶。金師既去，欽與其徒數十人渡江歸劉光世軍中，光世因留以為將。癸夘，侍從、臺諫集議隆祐皇太后諡曰昭慈獻烈，後三日，詔恭依。
