30  | 丙申，禮部侍郎、充大金賀正旦使蘇符自東京還行在。初，徽猷閣待制洪皓既拘冷山，頗為陳王希尹所厚，希尹問以所議十事，皓折之曰：「封冊虛名，年號南朝自有金三千兩，景徳所無，東北宜絲蠶，上國有其地矣，絹恐難増也。至於取淮北人，揺民害計，恐必不可」。希尹曰：「吾欲取降附人誅之以懲後，何為不可？」皓引梁武帝易侯景事言之，希尹意稍觧，曰：「汝性直，不誑我，吾與汝如燕，遣汝歸議」。遂行，㑹工部侍郎莫將繼來議不合，囚之涿州，事復變，皓過塔坦帳，其帥聞洪尚書名争，邀入穹廬，出妻女飲食，符至東京，敵人拒不納，符乃還。 修武郎、閤門祇候、知拱州賈垓別與差遣。垓，祥符人，乆䧟偽地，劉豫之廢也，經金國行臺，自陳得河南郡，故遣官代之。丁酉，詔川陜宣撫司，自令或有警急，其調發軍馬、措置錢糧，應干軍事，待報不及，並許胡世將隨宜措置，用世將請也。時諜報河東北簽軍備糧，來戍河中，收復河南州郡都元帥宗弼又傳令宋國係和議之國，存留橋路徃來，已調絳浦觧州三萬夫過河，修疊堤岸，仍差馬軍編欄，令同州照騐，世將慮其出沒不測，即具以奏，且遣兵備之。 左朝議大夫、江東制置大使司參謀官張杲為江南東路轉運判官，用從官薦也。 |
