22  | 己酉，秘書省正字汪澈兼實錄院檢討官。 初，潼川府路轉運判官王之望以制置司檄充類試所考試官至成都府境，被朝命措置銅山縣銅事之望，以朝廷専委辭考試，遂徑至銅山行視，得新舊銅窟二百餘，其可採者十七所而已，自政和中歲以三百八十六斤為額，至是之望欲増為萬斤，鄉民哀訴久之，乃籍匠戸，置場烹煉，官為主之，所得僅五百斤之望，乃請歲以六千斤為額，計綱赴行在，遇閏増五百斤，從之。庚戌，戸部尚書韓仲通充敷文閣直學士、知廣州。 太學博士何俌言：「今監司、郡守逓相送遺，公行博易，月至千緡，而閑慢小官合得供給俸錢，有累月倚閣者，望嚴行禁止，如尚違戾，重寘典憲」。從之，然迄今不能革也。壬子，內降詔曰：「四川軍儲，供億民力，不易深軫朕懐。昨遣鍾世明措置裕民事，雖已蠲放積欠、減免折估等錢不住，據州郡監司繼有申請及士民陳獻利害而去，朝廷逺難以計度，已専委許尹、王之望同制置總領茶馬司，公同相度措置，其各體至意，悉心條具以聞，庶實惠得以及民，調度可以經久尹之望」。時為潼川、成都府路漕臣，先二日有㫖令同三司條具，限一季申省，至是降詔。 詔諸路監司守臣條具到裕民事，令給、舍看詳以聞。 |
