| 23 | 癸丑，御史中丞湯鵬舉兼侍讀，權尚書兵部侍郎兼國子祭酒楊椿兼侍講。 右朝奉郎鄒栩追毀出身以來告勅文字，除名勒停，送吉州編管。栩知處州，犯入已贓，為右正言凌哲所按。法寺當流三千里，宰執以獄上，上曰：「是入已贓否？」沈該曰：「據按是入已，栩乃浩子」。上曰：「浩元祐間有聲，稱其子乃爾」。遂蹙頞久之，曰：「既犯贓法，不當赦。可特免真決，仍永不收敘」。上又曰：「朕觀祖宗時，贓吏多真決邇來，殊不知畏。卿等可令有司檢坐祖宗朝行遣贓吏條法，下諸路先行戒諭，使之曉然，皆知祖宗立法之嚴。自後有犯，當依此施行，必無少貸」。甲寅，尚書省檢㑹天聖、紹興真決贓吏指揮，詔刑部鏤板行下，自今有犯，斷在必行，決無容貸。 太學博士兼武學博士周操言：「前此武舉登科者，除第一人，朝廷與廵檢差遣外，其餘例處以管庫窠闕，使一旦舍其平日所習，似非選練本意。自今乞下樞宻院措置髙者籍記姓名，任滿有績，即加擢用，其次亦乞免充財榖之任，使各以才武自効」。從之。 左奉議郎何麒充四川安撫制置司參議官，左朝奉郎程敦厚充䕫州路安撫司參議官。 |
