庚申，命宰執及議誓撰文官告祭天地、宗廟、社稷。《紹興講和録：皇朝講和誓書節文：「竊以休兵息民，帝王之大徳，體方述職，邦國之永圖，顧惟孤藐之蹤，猥荷矜存之賜，敢望自竭，仰答殊恩，事既繫於宗祧，理蓋昭於誓約，契勘今來畫彊，合以淮水中流為界，西冇唐鄧二州割屬上國，自鄧州南四十里，西南四十里為界，屬鄧州，其四十里外南併西南，盡屬光化軍為敝邑，沿邊州軍生辰并正旦遣使稱賀不絶，所有嵗貢銀絹二十五萬匹兩，自壬戌年為首，每春季差人般送至泗州交納，淮北、京東西、陜西、河北自來流移在南之人，經官陳理願歸鄉者，更不禁約，其自燕以北人，見行節次遣發，今後上國逋亾之人，無敢容隠，寸土匹夫無敢侵掠，其或叛亾之人入上國之境者，不得進兵襲逐，但移文収捕沿邊州城，除自來合該置射糧軍數并廵尉等外，不得屯軍戍守。上國云云，敝邑亦乞竝用此約，既盟之後，必務遵承，有渝此盟，神明是殛，墜命亾氏，踣其國家。按此誓書日厯不載，然其間冇北人願歸郷者，更不禁約之類，宣諭聖語，蓋常及之，今刪取附注，以備參考。辛酉，特進、觀文殿大學士、福建安撫大使、兼知福州張浚為檢校少傅、崇信軍節度使、充萬夀觀使，免奉朝請。秦檜將議和，遣工部員外郎，蓋諒因事至閩中，風浚使附其議，當引為樞密使，浚答書言敵不可縱，和不可成，檜不悅，㑹浚以母老乞祠，乃有是命。先是，責授清逺軍節度副使趙鼎在㑹稽，嘗語其客方疇曰：「張徳逺建炎復辟之功，豈可㤀也！上待臣下有恩，想必講求矣」。疇曰：「今日擔子極重，秦相欲獨負之，恐難也，不知故相中誰可辦者？」時李綱、朱勝非皆在，鼎曰：「伯紀藏一皆不濟事，惟徳逺可爾，第恐不容復來」。至是，卒如所料。　左承議郎、新福建安撫大使司參議官高穎除名，象州編管。以言者論春間敵騎犯邊，穎自軍前造朝，反為張皇之說，以惑流俗故也。穎陷偽十年，固窮守節，故驟用之。及是，以從岳飛被斥。
