16  | 辛未，上謂大臣曰：「詩書所載二帝、三王之治，皆有其意，而不見其施設之詳。太祖以英武定天下，仁宗以惠愛結天下，此朕家法其施設之詳，可見於世者也。朕當守家法，而求二帝、三王之意，則治道成矣」。 詔建國公瑗出外第。 初，命福建漕臣卽李綱家市兩朝所賜犀玉帶。至是，綱妻越國夫人張氏以玉帶二通犀帶一來上，詔以錢萬緡償之。丁丑，保慶軍節度使建國公瑗為檢校少保，進封普安郡王，時年十六。王天性忠孝，自幼育宮闈、起居飲食，未嘗離膝下，上尤所鍾愛。制下日者尤若訥私，謂秘書省「正」字張闡曰：「普乃並日二字有合乎？易所謂明兩作離之象，殆天授也」。 |
