26  | 辛亥，上謂大臣曰：「朕兼愛南北之民，屈己講和，非怯於用兵也。若敵國交惡，天下受弊，朕實念之，令通好休兵，其利溥矣。士大夫狃於偏見，以講和為弱，以用兵為強，非通論也」。 宗正丞江邈為監察御史。邈，公望從子也。上召對而命之。 詔齊安郡王士㒟令建州居住，御史中丞万俟卨再論士㒟貪狡險忍，朋比姦邪，其初罷也，語人曰：士㒟於後宫，有姻家之契，而於陛下為近屬之尊。去闕之日，嘗䝉陛下賜銀千兩，又嘗密賜親劄，慰諭再三，以示非久復用之意。又語人曰：「士㒟嘗薦李綱相矣，嘗薦趙鼎相矣，又嘗薦孫，近執政矣。今居衢州，賓客日盈其門，談論之間，無不詆訕時政，使陛下不許交通之㫖，徒為虛文，伏望稍加黜責，以靖國論」。乃詔都省檢舉宗室謁禁行下，有犯，令御史臺、宗正司、按察官劾奏。 |
