14  | 壬申，殿中侍御史李文㑹論右宣教郎、簽書江陰軍判官㕔公事蔡楶不法勒停。上曰：「不按發監司須當行遣，天下事必待臺諫論列，臺諌豈能盡知之。監司乃朝廷耳目，豈可坐視不舉！」於是提轉王鈇、李椿年、張叔獻皆坐降官。 詔：「三衙及御前諸軍統制、統領將官，月支供給錢自百五十千至三十千，凡五等。自今諸軍擅差軍兵回易，委主仰及興販，州縣收捉押赴朝廷，依私役禁軍法。所販貨物，計贓坐罪，必罰無赦。州縣知而不舉，與同罪」。時既已罷兵，而諸將猶回易以營其私，議者以為浸壊軍政，故有是命。既而尚書省乞都統制月支供給錢二百千，從之。棣州防禦使、鎮江府駐劄御前中軍副統制成閔為殿前遊奕軍統制。 中侍大夫、武勝軍承宣使、鄂州駐劄御前選鋒軍統制李道為前軍統制。先是，軍官老病者皆授添差雜軍都統制，田師中言本管軍馬，不可闕官，故有是命。於是，中軍副統制郝晸陲權選鋒軍統制，後軍副統制李山遷中軍副統制，餘以次陞焉。 資政殿學士、提舉臨安府洞霄宮張澂薨。癸巳，壽星院乞撥給度牒，上曰：「朕觀昔人有惡釋氏者，即非毀其教。有好釋氏者，即崇尚其徒。二者皆不得中，朕於釋氏但不能使其太盛耳。言者皆欲多鬻度牒以資國用，朕謂不然。一度牒所得不過一二百千，而一夫不耕其所失，豈止一度牒之利？若住撥十數年，其徒當自少矣」。 檢校少保、武當軍節度使、知興元府兼川、陜宣撫司都統制楊政辭還鎮，命坐賜茶。甲午，宮正翰氏為才人。 |
