41  | 庚子，詔州縣文臣初至官詣學，祗謁先聖，乃許視事，亦用左奉議郎羅長源請也。長源言士大夫皆學夫子之道以從政，而不知所自，望令先詣學宫，以彰風化之本。後遂著為令。長源又言：「朝廷通好息民，興崇學校多士，潜心經史，而終嵗未有升進之望。乞以諸州進士解額，留七分以備科舉，餘三分歸於學校，稍取大觀三舍之法參酌而増損之，務從簡便」。事下禮部，遂以長源知鄂州。 |
