壬申，故迪功郎謝濬特贈右承務郎，官一子。濬為隴水尉。捕賊死，故録之。　是日，宰執進呈經界事訖，上曰：「諸州月樁錢昨已例減，要當盡行除罷」。秦檜即諭戶部侍郎李椿：年、宋貺以經總錢措置贍軍，中興聖政史臣曰：大臣苟有以厚民力、固人心，雖人主不自言，固當奮然以身任之，月樁之為害，上至於再四言之，而州縣倚樁辦之名，因之以巧取，至於今尚存，亦足為一時用事者愧矣，不惟是也，月樁窠名本出於經，總制罷月樁而以經總制錢贍軍，此若有意於奉行者，而月樁未罷校，終嵗經總制之入，擇其最者，必於州縣取盈焉，又非聖上勤恤斯人之意矣。夫減月樁免和糴，罷免行錢，推仁聖之心，使天下一日帖帖就安，雖瘠已可以肥天下無愛也。曹泳輩無所忌憚，逞其殘民之術，且直為此欺誕，大化更行，首正三苖之竄，宜哉！　丁丑，太常博士林宰，左承議郎、主管官告院章廈，並為監察御史。時上召二人入對，而厦請戒監司、守令奉行賑濟，乃有是命。厦奏札以是月己夘行出，今併附此。庚辰，金主遣金吾衛上將軍、殿前右副都㸃檢召守忠，昭武大將軍、同知宣徽院事劉君詔，來賀來年正旦。君詔，唐盧龍節度使守恭八世孫也。父宏遼，寜昌軍節度使。金人，俾知咸州、同平章事。此以金國翰林直學士趙可撰君詔之子宣徳軍判劉某墓誌修入。　名南劍州，晉司空張華廟曰應靈。是嵗，宗室子賜名授官者二十有三人。　諸路斷大辟三十二人。
