9  | 壬申，以平范汝為徳，音釋福建諸州雜犯死罪已下囚，其脅從歸業之人，自今毋得告蠲。上四州今年夏秋稅及夏料役錢，下四州民嘗遭焚刼者，蠲今年夏稅，訪聞舊來未行茶引，嵗收息錢至九萬緡，自置茶事一司，所收十餘萬緡，除官吏支費外，較其所入，與搭息不甚相逺，仰本路帥臣、監司同共講求利害以聞。 初，命江東統制官、拱衛大夫、宣州觀察使閻臯以所部五千屯邵武軍，臯以檄授賊首熊志寧武功郎，充前軍統領、福建等路宣撫副使韓世忠言于朝，降臯兩官衝替，遂併其兵。 中奉大夫、廣東提㸃刑獄公事宋孝先為福建等路宣撫司㕘議官。 是日，建武軍節度使、江西兵馬副總管楊惟忠討軍賊趙進，降之，進冦江州，之瑞昌帥臣李囬，遣惟忠討捕，時賊衆萬二千，官軍八千人而已。平旦、惟忠渡江，先鋒將武徳郎、閤門宣賛舍人傅選悉五軍旗幟行，以壯軍聲，賊諜知之，曰：「先鋒尚如此，若全軍而來，何可當也！」遂遣使迎降，詔以進為從義郎，其徒十三人皆授官，仍留江州屯駐。癸酉，廬、夀等州宣撫司奏偽齊兵犯夀春，詔本路宣撫司不須輕舉。 |
