9  | 丁夘，罷兩浙轉運司回易庫，以言者論其苛細也。戊辰，言者奏：「盜賊竊發，州縣所不能免，要在居官任職之人，或先事以折其姦，或乗㣲以戢其暴，如火始燃，隨即撲滅。昨范汝為嘯聚回源，初不過四十人，不時討殺，遂致賊得為計，日以滋蔓，至煩朝廷遣將出師，僅能得其死命，而遺黎之不遭賊者，十無一二蓋不勝。 酷昨者宣撫司所上功狀，動以千萬計，朝廷既捐賞以予之，顧一時養㓂遺患，有如前所云者，豈可以置而不問！望陛下以臣章付外議，當時帥臣、監司、郡守、縣令之罪，特出威斷施行，庶為盜發所臨，謬懦不及事者之戒」。詔本路轉運司體究，申尚書省。時建州守臣、朝奉大夫韓珉已罷去，於是又降二官。己巳，詔侍從官、知州於本路安撫大使用申狀前，宰執即書檢。 |
