7  | 壬子，秘書省正字兼權國子司業張震言：「太學前廊職事，於令有不次選之文，比來多有不安分義者，多方請託，濫居其列。乞立為定格以上舎有行藝者充，不則取之內舎，庶息謗議」。從之。 尚書省言：「近年所在稅務，收稅太重，雖屢降指揮，裁酌减免，而商賈猶不能行。蓋縁稅場太密，收稅處多，欲令戶部行下諸路轉運司開具，將相去連接之處，裁酌減併，以寛商賈。如縣道稅務不可減，即與免過稅，仍許豁除省額。如此，則商賈行而貨財通矣」。從之。 右朝散郎、知復州章燾言：「湖北、京西州縣有戶口稀少去處，欲每一都人戶若不及五大保處，即合併接鄰近都分人戶通行選差都保正一人催稅戶長亦乞通行雇募，候人戶各及一都之數，日仍舊差選，責使歸業人戶安業耕種，實為利便」。刑部尚書韓仲通看詳，依所乞，其淮南東、西路亦合一體施行。詔戶部行下。 降授左朝奉大夫楊揆復左朝散大夫、直秘閣，尋知全州。 詔承信郎、殿前司自効郭振，累經赦宥，可與復元官，除落過名，差充將官。 |
