16  | 辛未，左承議郎、新知黎州唐秬入辭，秬言：「臣所治黎州，控制雲南，極邊在唐，為患尤甚。自太祖皇帝即位之初，指輿地圖，棄越嶲不毛之地，畫大渡河為界，邊民不識兵革，垂二百年，昨䝉遣鍾世明裕民川蜀，蠲減虛額，人受其賜，更乞降詔撫諭，庶幾蜀民扶老携幼，共聞徳音」。上曰：「卿甞上書論列，頷首者乆之」。秬，重子也。 秘書省正字、兼權國子司業張震言：「仰惟朝廷行寛大之政，異時士大夫以疑似涉謗，皆已赦除，流落者得生還，除名者得仕宦，人神懽恱，天下翕然，此治世之事也。竊見昨降指揮，取索福建、四川等路私雕印文書，赴監看詳，取之未己，恐妄以私意，將近世名公文集盡行毀板，不問是非，玉石俱焚，真偽兩失，不足以稱朝廷寛大本意。欲乞特降指揮，令福建、四川等路，如有私雕印文字，委自所屬依法詳定，更不須發赴國子監及提舉秘書省，庶幾知聖朝無有所諱，天下幸甚！」從之。 |
